Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Battal. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use Battal in good faith. You must not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, misrepresent your identity or affiliations, harass other members, or attempt to extract, scrape, or harvest member data. Battal is for genuine, mutually valuable professional introductions.

2. Introductions are double opt-in

Every introduction requires explicit acceptance from both parties. You may not use Battal to circumvent this — for example by pressuring another member or by trying to obtain their contact details before an introduction is completed. Contact details are shared only after both sides accept.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your account secure. You must be authorised to represent any company you associate with your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present a risk to the community.

4. Content & conduct

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Battal a limited licence to process that content to operate the service — to build your profile, compute matches, and facilitate introductions you consent to.

5. Service availability

Battal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that any particular introduction will occur, be accepted, or lead to a specific outcome.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including the conduct of other members or the outcome of any introduction.

7. Governing law

These beta terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless a separate written agreement applies. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts there.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
